I believe every customer of our showroom here asked that question sooner or later.
When we moved up here from Savannah, GA, we were looking for a large enough house to host Moe-Bleichner Music Distribution with all its needs, the workshop(s) and our family.
It had to be close enough to the hubs and airports, but some sizeable lot was as well on the wish list. Limiting factor was as well that we didn't have millions to spend.
Then we found our house, in the same street as the oldest, family owned brewery of the United States. Can't be that bad, right?
For the record: Pottsville is after all half the size of Elkhart, Indiana when Conn settled there, so wait another 100 years, and we talk again! Lol
